The success of my approach comes down to this: At the end of the day, I believe we are humans and NOT robots. We can't be "on" our fitness 24 hours a day. You need to be able to enjoy life, so I emphasize the 80/20 approach to your fitness practice.
Put in top-notch work 80% of the time, and the other 20% of the time, don't sweat it. Fitness should elevate your life, not BE your life.
